Mr. Lieberman possesses more than 30 years of experience providing accounting, tax, and business valuation services. Mr. Lieberman has served clients in a broad range of valuation assignments, including shareholder dissent suits, contract damage claims, divorce, and tax disputes.  Mr. Lieberman’s focused expertise primarily encompasses estate and trusts tax matters, valuations of closely held businesses, technology-based growth companies, medical instruments and biotech companies, and service companies. Mr. Lieberman has served as president of the New York City Chapter of the American Society of Appraisers and is currently a District Director and Membership Chairman
