Experience

Mr. Cohen possesses more than 20 years of experience in providing audit and accounting services, as well as tax services, to private and public companies.  He advises clients on financial management issues such as financing, completing acquisitions, and raising capital through public offerings and private placements.  In addition, he has extensive experience in auditing not-for-profit entities, as well as advising and consulting with not-for-profit executives.

Mr. Cohen also has significant experience in providing services to privately held consumer goods, manufacturing, wholesale, and distribution companies ranging in size from $20 - $50 million.  The services he provides include internal controls, acquisition accounting, due diligence, and revenue recognition controls.
