Experience
Mr. Farber possesses more than 20 years of experience providing accounting and tax services. He specializes in tax issues surrounding financial services companies including banks, hedge funds, private equity firms, REITs, and foreign inbound investment related to these entities. In addition, he has significant experience working with the tax implications and compliance issues of financial institutions in the bankruptcy and restructuring arena having worked on some of the largest restructurings.
Prior to joining Weiser, Mark managed the tax process regarding the liquidation of the largest broker-dealer in the United States, including the tax filings and tax administration of the bankrupt estate.
