Mr. Dailey has more than 20 years of experience in diverse accounting, tax, due-diligence, and consulting services, with a specialty in the automotive industry. He is thoroughly familiar with the internal operations of nearly every automobile dealership franchise, both foreign and domestic.

He is regularly called upon to be an expert witness in litigation involving automobile accounting matters, prepares business valuation appraisals for his clients, and performs due diligence reviews.
