Mr. Kinney has been a partner at Weiser since 1989 and has directed his efforts primarily in the firm's assurance services department. Mr. Kinney also serves in the firm's Executive Committee.

Mr. Kinney routinely interfaces with investment advisers, fund administrators, and financial directors, providing advice on financial reporting and controls, regulatory compliance, tax strategies, and systems and back office support.
