In an effort to continue strengthening our current practices in performance management and career development, we have implemented the PATH program. PATH allows for each professional at WeiserMazars to take control of their own career with tools and programs to manage performance and enhance career development.

Recognition and accountability for work is one of the main characteristics of our corporate culture. As such it also serves as one of the founding principles behind the PATH program. PATH allows for timely feedback and constructive critiques from WeiserMazars mentors to better understand where you stand along your career path and help you as you advance your career.
