Seth has 13 years of experience in the accounting and legal profession specializing in tax controversy and tax practice and procedure. He has represented individuals and entities from start-ups to public companies. Seth has in-depth expertise in the laws applicable to, and the policies and procedures followed by, the IRS, state and local taxing authorities. He has extensive experience representing clients in tax controversies, including tax examinations and appeals; tax litigation; and voluntary disclosure agreements. Seth also has expertise in tax collection defense, including collection administrative appeals, installment agreements and offers-in-compromise.
