Peter specializes in providing tax planning and trust and estate services to a variety of clients. He is an expert in estates and trusts, tax research and planning for high-net-worth individuals, fiduciary income taxation and accounting, and tax planning for public and private foundations. In addition, he is experienced in conducting valuations of closely held businesses and negotiating buy/sell agreements.
