Larry possesses more than 30 years of experience in the health care industry as both a public accountant and a senior executive at health care organizations. He has provided auditing and consulting services, with a focus on integrated delivery systems, hospitals, and nursing homes. Larry was also charged with directing quality controls procedures.

He most recently served as Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of a large multi-divisional upstate hospital. Previously, he was the Partner-in-Charge of the Northeast Health Care Practice of KPMG LLP for 20 years. As Assistant Vice President, Hospital Provider Reimbursement Department at Empire Blue Cross, Larry was responsible for the promulgation of reimbursement rates for hospitals under the Medicare and Blue Cross programs.
