Kathryn Byrne has more than 20 years of experience in providing accounting, auditing, tax, and consulting services to domestic and foreign corporations. Her expertise includes specializing in the audit of public companies and owner-managed businesses. Kathryn is Co-Partner-in-Charge of the International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) desk. She has been the engagement partner on financial statements reporting under IFRS and has consulted with companies on the IFRS conversion process. She has extensive industry-specific experience providing accounting services to companies in the software/technology, distribution, manufacturing and telecommunication industries, as well as service companies. Additionally, Kathryn serves as co-chair of the firm’s International Financial Reporting Standards desk.
