Jerry possesses over 30 years of experience with domestic and international tax issues. He has extensive experience in tax planning for corporations, S corporations, limited liability companies, partnerships and individuals. Jerry advises clients regarding tax aspects of acquisition, sale and exchange transactions, planning for closely held businesses and their owners, international taxation, and state and local taxation. He is also very experienced in merger and acquisition due-diligence reviews.
