As a member of the firm’s Transaction Services Group, Jim provides hands-on consulting, auditing, accounting and tax services to family owned and closely held businesses. He has 35 years of experience servicing a variety of companies with special emphasis in wholesale/distribution, professional services, hotels, and companies in the security industry. In addition to his work with business organizations, Jim assists his clients with issues of estate and succession planning which range from the simple to the complex.
