Howard Landsberg has more than twenty years of diversified tax and financial consulting experience with real estate companies and closely held businesses in a variety of industries. Howard has extensive experience serving real estate owner/operators, private equity funds, and Real Estate Investment Trusts, advising them on day-to-day operations, tax saving opportunities, and transactional support that includes the acquisition and disposition of real estate.

Howard’s experience in providing tax services to real estate companies includes:
• Advising on the merger of subchapter C corporations into a Real Estate Investment Trust, prior to a public stock offering
• Structuring advice to minimize taxes in state and local jurisdictions
