Howard has more than 30 years of professional experience providing audit, tax, and accounting services to privately held companies and service firms. As a partner within the firm’s Entrepreneurial Business Group, Howard has offered these services to companies operating in the manufacturing & distribution, specialty finance, and food & hospitality spaces as well as to health care organizations. A particular area of specialty is in guiding those with family-owned and operated businesses in their strategic planning efforts. In this process, Howard assists clients in obtaining bank financing, navigating through complex merger and acquisition procedures, and management facilitation issues. Additionally, he works with business owners to formulate the succession and exit strategy plans that will work most effectively for both the business and the business owner.
