With over 35 years of public accounting experience, Alan has provided auditing, accounting, tax and consulting services for private closely held companies with an emphasis on family owned and operated businesses. He regularly consults on business management and finance issues, and advises clients on major business transactions including mergers and acquisitions.

Prior to joining WeiserMazars, Alan served as the President of Philadelphia area-based Fishbein & Company, P.C. for ten years. Under his leadership, the firm grew to become a leading regional accounting and business advisory firm. Focused on continued growth and profitability, Alan charted the firm’s strategy and was actively involved with its implementation. In addition to running the firm’s day-to-day operations, he actively sought out acquisition and growth opportunities.

His industry expertise includes apparel, construction, distribution/wholesale, entrepreneurial businesses, and real estate while he specializes in accounting, auditing, mergers and acquisitions, tax planning, and compliance.
