WeiserMazars Leadership Academy

The WeiserMazars Leadership Academy was developed with the future of our firm in mind. On a regular basis, a select group of WeiserMazars colleagues who have demonstrated the characteristics and capabilities of becoming key leaders, are invited to fill out an application for a chance to participate in the Academy.

The Academy’s curriculum is intense and demanding, yet tailored to the specific needs of our working professionals. Participants take part in a multi-year program that focuses on the development of leadership abilities. Facilitated by third-party instructors and other experts, participants assess, add to, sharpen, and perfect their leadership skills. They are also given the opportunity to train others through the “teach to learn” program. Graduates of the Academy continue their personal and professional growth by attending regularly planned seminars and sessions aimed at reinforcing and polishing skills.

With a tradition of making meaningful contributions to the WeiserMazars fabric, past Academy classes have suggested and then implemented a variety of successful firm-wide initiatives including:
